[icon-discuss] APH repair

Hi, all.  Pamela said that Braille Plus repairs have to end up going to 
Levelstar often.  Why not have the customer and APH discuss where to send the 
Braille Plus instead of just sending it to APH?  The decision of location would 
be based on what is wrong with the unit.  Seems to me this would be the 
efficient way of doing things.  Beth
