Hi.
I was able to update the software and register my player. Now all I need
to do is to do that last software download, but that's where I'm now hung
up. The Icon acts like the software has completed downloading, but istead
of installing anything it bounces out of the update software and when I try
the update option again the software says it needs downloading again. I
have deleted the update folder on the C: drive and the tmp file from the
root directory, but now after a few seconds I get the download complete
sounds and then I'm back in the main menu with no installation. Suggestions
appreciated.

Since I have a braille Plus, does that mean I can't call LevelStar? I
really need help with this server thing (if it isn't working by 4:30). I
would think that because the update process is the same, it wouldn't matter
who I called.
