Helena, not sure about this problem, and ow am at my parents' right now so 
can't give a lot of help, but I will tell you that  in Windows 8, to get to the 
control panel, you press the windows key with the letter  X together and you 
will get a menu. Arrow up or down until you get to control panel and press 
enter. On Windows 7, press your Windows key to go to start, tab once, and press 
the letter C until you get to control panel. Hopefully, once there, you can 
find what you need. If not, it will have to wait, at least for more help  from 
me, until I get back on December 1.
