Hello All,

 

If an input buffer has an ESD circuit which is biased by a dual power supply. 
Ex VDD=10V and VSS=(-10V). Snap below.

 

If the ground clamp ESD diode's anode is connected to the negative voltage, 
ex-VSS= -10V.

How different will be Power clamp and Gnd clamp for IBIS modeling?

 

In this case what should be the sweep ranges for Power clamp and Gnd clamp?
