A vote regarding the following financial matter is scheduled to take place in
the August 31 , 2018 IBIS Open Forum teleconference:
* To hold a DesignCon IBIS Summit with costs not to exceed $9,000 . (See [

IBIS members in good standing but unable to attend Friday, August 31 , may vote
on the motion by email to IBIS Secretary Randy Wolff ( [

takes place.
PLEASE REPLY AS FOLLOWS IF VOTING BY EMAIL:
You may vote “Yes” to approve holding the 2019 DesignCon summit.
You may vote “No” to reject holding the 2019 DesignCon summit.
You may “abstain”.
