The IBIS Open Forum will vote to ratify an updated Policies and Procedures
document, and your vote is important. The document is attached as a PDF,
as well as an MS Word document with change markup. Changes recommended by
the SAE ITC legal team are incorporated, as well as other improvements
recommended by the IBIS Open Forum board, as discussed in Open Forum
teleconference meetings. If you are a voting IBIS member, please review
the document and cast your vote.
The ratification vote is expected to be held in the next IBIS Open Forum
teleconference, Friday, October 6, 2017. Ratification of Policies and
Procedures documents requires the approval of more than 2/3 of all member
organizations.

governance of IBIS.

Your vote must be received before the roll call vote conducted Friday,
October 6, 2017. If you will attend the meeting you may vote in the roll
call. However, we ask that you also email your vote so that we may track
