Hello Everyone,

I was given the AR in today's IBIS-ATM teleconference to write this
email to the IBIS Open Forum to inform the Open Forum members that
the ATM Task Group recommends the approval of the recently submitted
BIRD on PAM4 (BIRD 175 "Extending IBIS-AMI for PAM4 Analysis").

Feel free to ask any questions or make comments on the BIRD.
