[ibis-macro] meeting notices

My apologies for repeated Outlook notices about meetings. The change in
U.S. daylight savings time policy forced me to delete existing calendar
events after March 11, and add them again. The third email was generated
because I forgot to make the event recurring the first time.
The meeting has not changed: it is still held at 3:00 pm ET on Tuesdays,
with the same call info.
