That is correct. The enclosed ppt file explains this in detail and shows
that this definition is the same as in 5.0

The Tx_DCD in the formula on page 2 is HALF of the peak-to-peak DCD.

I have modified the Jitter BIRD to include formula applying all of the
Jitter and Noise parameters to time domain waveforms. The interesting ones
to discuss are the Rx Sj parameters. I am including this for those that
will not have access to the WEB meeting graphics.
