Thank you for all the feedback again today. Enclosed please find rev. 3 of
the draft BIRD, "Rx Deterministic Noise Support in AMI", for review and
discussion by the IBIS-ATM Task Group. This changes the names
Rx_BoundedUniform and Rx_Gaussian to Rx_BoundedUniformNoise and
Rx_UnboundedGaussianNoise, respectively, along with associated
clarifications in the definition text. No technical changes are made from
the previous two drafts.
Comments and suggestions on this version are of course welcome.
