[ibis-macro] New version of the Typos BIRD has been posted

This is to inform all of you that a new version of the
Typos BIRD has been posted on the ATM web site.

We will discuss this version in the ATM teleconference
today. Please familiarize yourself with this BIRD draft
so we cold finalize it today.
There are two changes in this version:
- added sentence to disallow repeated sub-branches (towards
the bottom of pg. 4)
- added stricter rules about what is in the parameter strings
(middle of pg. 5)
