[ibis-macro] New SiSoft IBIS-AMI toolkit available

All,
Version 2.02 of the SiSoft IBIS-AMI toolkit is now available from the "Work
Archive" section of the
IBIS-ATM task website:
http://www.eda-stds.org/pub/ibis/macromodel_wip/
This update fixes some problems with memory management in the test simulator
program and updates the
distribution method for the linux executables so you don't have to reset file
permissions after
unpacking the toolkit.
Our thanks to Syed Huq's team at Cisco and Huang Chunxing at Huawei for helping
discover some of the
issues fixed in this version of the toolkit.
