Good work. Here are a few comments.
1. The review documents are uploaded under
http://www.eda.org/ibis/ibis-iss_wip/
2. Page 9, under Best Practices, we need it stated that
that these are recommendarions for compatibility with other
SPICEs and not requirements for IBIS-ISS.
Alternative, change "shall" back to "should" or some other
verb.
3. Pages 47,48 There is a reference to non-existent page 77.
4. Page 52 Change "EIA/IBIS Open Forum" to "IBIS Open Forum."
The web site should be http://www.eda.org/ibis/ or a direct
link.
