Randy: Send whiteboard circuit diagram to Mike for posting

Arpad: Go through the IBIS spec to find all language related to min/max data
        - in progress

Any other AR-s?

4) Roll call

5) Ambiguous directionality (Mike M.)
    - update/discussion

6) Buffer impedance / C_comp improvements (Randy)
    - update/discussion

7) Back Channel and Optimization proposal (SiSoft)
    - update/discussion

8) New Redriver flow BIRD (Walter, Fangyi)
    - update/discussion

9) Cleaning up the GND problem in the specification (Arpad)

10) How to handle missing min/max data? (Arpad)
    - what should be the governing rule for synchronizing
      typ/min/max data?

Tabled topics:
==============

11) BIRD 147.1 and co-optimization (Bob/Ambrish)
    - issues with approved protocols? (Walter)
    - look at what the requirements for back channel communications are
    - does this BIRD satisfy them?
    - decide on what ATM's recommendation should be on this BIRD

12) BIRD 128 (Radek)
    - comments

13) BIRD 157 Parameterize [Driver Schedule] (Arpad)
   - discussion
Not all simulators support it (or support it well)

14) Info, Out, InOut BIRD (Arpad)
    - latest wording includes "in order to be compliant with this
      specification, Model_Specific parameters ... must not ...",
and omits the word "simulation" so it's meaning doesn't have
      to be defined
    - questions/comments/discussion?

15) DLL error trapping and return codes (Greg Edlund)
    - address the nasty condition where the DLL and tool crash
without a trace. The EDA vendor says, "I can't help you
because I can't see inside the model." The model vendor
says, "I can't help you because I don't own that tool."
The user is left with a non-functional model.

16) Macro models for power delivery

Thanks,

Arpad
