parameter passing syntax of the AMI models

- Arpad: Review the documentation (annotation) in the macro libraries.

4) Discuss issues found with the Cadence Rx model
- Does the IBIS AMI BIRD require that models should support multiple
calls to GetWave (based on last week's emails on the IBIS ATM
reflector the answer is YES)
- If so, do we need a clarification BIRD to spell this out
EXPLICITLY?
- If so, should Cadence distribute an Rx model which does return
correct results when its GetWave function is called multiple times?
5) Give enough time, continue discussion on Electrical Module
