If more BIRDs are needed we should ramp that up ASAP. But maybe some of
these are covered by other changes in progress, or maybe some could just
be dropped. For example I think item D is BIRD180, already passed.

IBIS 6.2 BIRD Candidates rev 7 is attached. This adds BIRDs 187.1 and 188
as discussed in the ATM meeting today. Five items on this list do not have
associated BIRDs, however. Those should be discussed.
