[ibis-macro] Help on "RjDj" option for "Tx_Jitter" in 5.1?

Hi experts,
Can anyone offer help on interpreting the meaning of the first two numbers
provided for Tx_Jitter, under 5.1, when the RjDj option has been chosen?
Is min. supposed to be the negative of max., or zero?
