I understand your opinion. However, I think the people in the ATM committee are 
capable of making a decision in this regard. The issue is clear and our 
proposal is on the table for discussion.

Feras,

I think the whole approach of BIRD 144 is ill advised. I think that you need an 
IC Vendor to come to an ATM meeting and explain the problem you are trying to 
solve and why specifically BIRD 116 does not address the IC Vendor's needs. I 
therefore think BIRD 144 should be tabled until such time as you get an IC 
Vendor to defend it.
