Attached is BIRD189.5_draft16_v3 for all to review.
In this version "Text from Arpad goes here" was replaced by real text, to
explain the 2nd drawing of the Aggressor_Only illustrations. The caption
of the 2nd drawing was also changed and a few other minor spelling errors
elsewhere.
I believe the plan is to discuss this draft in the upcoming ATM teleconference
next Tuesday. Please be prepared with comments if you have any.

Two documents are attached:
* BIRD189.5_draft16_v1.docx has edits made by Walter Katz, as agreed
previously. These edits fix several instances of "Terminal_type", add "Ext_ref"
where needed, and correct "signal_names" to "terminals" in one place.
* BIRD189.5_draft16_v2.docx contains further changes made during the
Interconnect Task Group meeting today:
* Addition of spaces to separate words "moreInterconnect" and
"columnbut".
* Remove a comment calling for a change that has already been made.
* Change "Node 0" to "node 0".
* Insert new "Aggressor_Only examples" figure and associated sentence to
introduce it.
* Insert new "Aggressor_Only example" figure using two [Interconnect
Model]s from Arpad and a placeholder for the paragraph to introduce it.
* Insert syntax examples 13 and 14.
Arpad will use BIRD189.5_draft16_v2.docx as the basis for
BIRD189.5_draft16_v3.docx, which will add a paragraph explaining the second new
figure. With these changes it seems likely we will have a viable BIRD189.5 to
submit, barring any other specific changes recommended by people after personal
review.
