The attached bird189.5_draft17_v2.docx contains edits made Feb 9 and
today. Due to a mix-up the ATM group made edits today based on v1, the
last version sent to the entire list. But Arpad and I jointly edited that
document to fold in the changes made Friday. The result is still
considered to be v2.
There is one conflict in this document, on page 9 (simple markup mode). On
Friday we agreed to reword a sentence, but today a motion passed to delete
the old version without seeing the reworded version. The reworded sentence
is retained, with a comment asking if we still want to delete it.
