All,
There seems to be continued confusion on what the DLL is required to do
for Out and InOut parameters, and what the simulator is required to do
with the values of Out and InOut parameters returned from the DLL I am
enclosing a BIRD that should clarify this. If we can agree on the content
of this BIRD, then these rules can be incorporated in the numerous other
BIRDs that are in process.
