I hope I didn't jump the gun on this, but I took some time today to do another
complete read through of the draft 2 document. I made significant formatting
changes, a few grammar changes, and inserted some comments to discuss.
If possible, maybe this version could be used as a baseline for edits Walter
will make to add new keywords, and we can accept changes next week after a
quick review. If that can't happen, we may be able to merge these edits with
another draft.
