Thanks to Mike LaBonte for 5, it contains the following changes:

1. Colons removed for INTRODUCTION and KEYWORD DESCRIPTION in several
sections

2. Table 20 relocated and re-numbered to Table 17

3. Tables 17 and Table 33 corrected and sorted

4. Many passes to fix most line spacing inconsistencies

5. Section 10.5 equation spacing of =, +, * fixed and exponents inserted

Also, rather than a markup, a comparison document designated
ver6_0-draft9-diff5_1.docx is supplied to show how it compares with
the reference IBIS Version 5.1.  This difference document shows most
of the changes in a clearer manner (but not the formatting changes).

An acrobat document was not uploaded for this review.

Please have comments for the Editorial meeting.  We hope to upload
a formal review document after the meeting to be introduced at the
IBIS Teleconference meeting sot start the formal review.
