Review of Minutes:
Minutes from August 17, 2022 were reviewed. Arpad moved to approve. Bob
seconded the motion. Minutes were approved.
Review of Actions Required:
Michael reviewed ARs from the August 17, 2022 minutes.
Michael to research if a collection of sections in individual documents (a
folio) would have each section re-starting on page 1 [AR]
- Michael is still looking into the folio
Michael will start a 7.2 Draft 0 from the final 7.1 Word document [AR]
- This AR is closed
There is an issue with file size preventing the document from being sent by
email to the editorial reflector. Bob will upload drafts to an open access wip
directory on the IBIS website.
Agenda:
Michael shared the checklist including 11 items from the IBIS 7.1 known issues
document. Item 4 is a duplicate of item 1. There are also functional issues
from the known issues document, approved BIRDs to add, and general editorial
updates.
Item 10 of known issues may relate to new BIRDs. Michael added a comment to
check new BIRDs for use of "bits". Weston noted we should be careful and
consistent with usage of "UI" and "symbol time".
Michael noted there is some language not clear currently about the clock_times
vector when using AMI models for single-ended clocked buffers (such as for DDR5
DRAM). A new BIRD might come out of discussions on this issue.
Michael will work on the next draft to include the known issues items [AR].
Arpad asked what was in the draft 0 document. Michael noted it includes the
Version field updated to 7.2. "Draft 0" and draft date were added on page 1.
Change tracking is not turned on in draft 0.
Next Meeting Scheduling:
September 14, 2022.
Arpad moved to adjourn. Weston seconded.
Meeting adjourned at 8:55 a.m. PT.
