Good progress at today's meeting.
Regarding the two Reserved Parameters in section 10A
for Tx_Jitter and Rx_Clock_PDF, do NOT add Type Integer
even though it can appear only in specified Table content.
The primary Types remain as Float and UI. We also state
that Table Column rules and limitations for Reserved Parameters
can be stated in the Other Rules section.
Otherwise, to solve one problem, we introduce a new
interpretation problem with false implication that Gaussian
Dual-Dirac and DjRj by themselves can accept Type Integer.

Thanks for your comments! I look forward to seeing the complete set.
All,
I strongly encourage everyone to review the rev. 0.140 draft and provide
comments, either on this list or directly to me, as soon as possible. In
particular, I would request that the added technical information be checked
very carefully for consistency with the original IBIS-AMI intent and
industry understanding.
We will concentrate in this week's IBIS Editorial Task Group meeting on
technical issues, particularly on the terminology used, units-related
language and the new introductory text in Section 6C.

Per our discussions in today's meeting, please find rev. 0.140 of the draft
reformatted IBIS 5.1 document (the Word document is being posted to the
website)
Major changes include:
- Examples now all use 0/0 paragraph spacing
- All Table cross-references fixed
- Introductory text on added to Section 6C
- Bob's Section 10A, Rev. Z rules have been enforced
- Model Specific Parameter restrictions have been removed
- Bob's list of language variations were used to make terminology
consistent
- Jitter Reserved Parameters in Section 10A have "table" properly
explained for units, per today's e-mail thread
- Numerical values have been added to the examples
This does not yet include Walter's "node" changes; these will be integrated
next.
