Hi Mike,

Yes, assuming the EDA tool supports [C Comp Corner]. If it does not, the normal
spec interpretation is that none of the subparameters of [C Comp Corner] would
be used and the legacy subparameters under the [Model] keyword would be used.

Sorry I missed the ATM meeting today. Since "sub-parameter sets are the same"
might be understood different ways, is the intent similar to "If [C Comp
Corner] is present, any [Model] C_comp, or C_comp_* sub-parameters present
shall be ignored", or is it more complex than that?

Dear IBIS Editorial Group,

The ATM group decided today to make the recommendation to the Editorial Group
to change the following sentence:

* "If [C Comp Corner] is present, its value or values override any
other C_comp* representations."
to
* "If [C Comp Corner] is present, its value or values override all
[Model] C_comp, C_comp_* representations, regardless of whether the
sub-parameter sets are the same or not.."

(or something similar) to be included in the upcoming IBIS v6.1 specification
and decide whether this change can be handled without writing a BIRD or delay
the vote that is scheduled for September 11.

Thanks,

Arpad
