Here are my comments:
Not a big deal, but I noticed that the min chapter titles are
indented (except for 3a on pg. 6 and 6a on pg. 79 and 6B on
pg. 92 and 6C on pg. 129).
I personally think these would all look better if they were
on the left margin without the indentation.
pg 4, 1st line has a pipe "|" between the last two words on the
line "IBIS|files" This should be removed.
Many pages still use more than a single space in lists. For
example, pg. 13 on the top for 0.x, 1.x, 2.x, 3.x should be
single spaced. This comment also applies to the following
pages:
15, 18, 20, 21 (column length limit list)
29-30, 40 (subparameter list)
44 (driver schedule parameter combinations)
50 (bottom)
57 (Ksso_pd, Ksso_pu, Isso_pd, Isso_pu)
73 (on top)
79-80 (starting on the bottom half)
80 (on top and bottom)
100 (top and middle)
145 (towards the bottom)
154 (top half)
180 (top half)
181 (middle)
182 (middle, bottom half)
183 (middle)
pg 45 should not have such a large gap before Table 2
It looks like there is an extra "|" after Table 3 on pg. 57
also after Table 12 on pg. 95, and also after Table 15 on
pg. 132. There could be more tables like this...
We could be a little more consistent in our drawings. For
example, pg. 72 shows a drawing where all of the terminals
have a circle for the supply connections. On other pages,
like pg. 57 there are no circles at the end of the line for
Vcc and GND, or Vout. It would be nice to check all the
drawings and make them consistent (prefer with the circles).
This would also mean to be careful about the usage of the
"earth" symbol, as on pg. 72 and 77.
Another thing about the drawings is that sometimes the lines
go into the box to touch the triangle, other times they stop
at the box. For example, on pg. 96, the lines on the left go
into the box, but on the right they don't. On pg. 99, this
goes the other way around. The lines go into the box on the
left, but not on the right (Figure 24).
Also, regarding "D_drive", "D_enable", "D_receive", Figure 30
on pg. 126 connects these directly to the triangles as appropriate,
but on all the other figures before this one they are just spread
loosely along the outside box. I would prefer to distribute them
as shown on pg. 126 for all drawings.
That's all I found today.

Enclosed find "Pass 2" of the draft IBIS 5.1 document. The changes (also
summarized in the readme, which will be posted along with the document):
- All remaining yellow redirection marks have been addressed/removed
- All ASCII figures have been removed
- All tables and figures now have captions
- Some issues with borders around table captions have been fixed
- Section 6C has been reformatted to be consistent with the rest of the
document (parts have been moved to Section 10)
- Minor figure fixes implemented
- Other minor changes as noted in the document
