there is a bit of a problem with the victory conditions defeat and the defeat condition death flags is that the particular unit gets transformed the defeat and death flags no longer work same goes for escape flag whenever you have the unit in question transform it will not work it only works again when you have the unit reverted back into it's original form and also you have the same problem when you load that unit into a transport it will only work when that unit is unloaded from the transport.

Also, just tested the thing with a new map that I made in five minutes. The named enemy unit's death was supposed to cause you to win, but instead all the soldiers he summoned before being blasted got to take their revenge on my poor hapless units. Something is very wrong here.
