another note it appears that it only happens with mp3 files with a
bit rate of 128 which seems to be the common factor with all the sounds
that have a sound problem and it also appears that it is related to the
sound quality problem that i had earlier in which it happens with the
mp3 files with 128 bit and typically happens to sounds that are fast
like the window sound for one shot wonders and the wall sound from star
wars the clone wars and i only just found the commonality between all
the problem files.
