There is also the point max end turn mod script, that one should work.
That's what I'm going to be using in my packs when it comes to
leveling and the like.

grant an increased permanent point max. The only way I can think to do it
is use a new unit file. I guess there is no way to switch inherited
unit files on the fly, is there?
