Hey Shaun,
I actually did mean to move it, but it works fine on my machine without
being in the root folder. Strange that it does not on yours.
Did you unzip the dev 9 version and run it from it's own folder? Or did
you copy the root files over an old copy of the game?
Thanks for reporting the issue. Maybe I'll have to revert the code.
I'm curious to know if others get the same issue or if it works.
