This is the first time that I've seen this behavior personally, but apparently it occurs in some of Alan's maps when the AI uses the upgrade to xxx skills for structures. Just wanted to raise the red flag so that map writers are aware, and can take the necessary precautions e.g not_useable_on flags. Victorious
