Part of his problem was also that he wasn't getting the damage sound
because he was using my random_damage script to damage the unit in
question. So I'm going to see about tying in my damage sound script
into that as a fix.

As a side note, my brother figured out my computer problem. After I did
the
windows update, the update must have turned on something called preview
panel. For whatever reason, this was causing that remote call procedure
error thing. Three clicks and problem solved. Such a stupid little thing
brought everything crashing. I thought I would mention the fix.

So, that's the problem.
Try this format:
after_damage_sound energy point:energyDamage,movement
point:movementDamage

That's how you input multiple points for this flag aha.

No, the Hull and shields files do not have the word "point" in them.
Huh, I didn't think it would be a problem. everything else seemed to
work
with the word in the file name.
So, do I need to change the names of these point files?

Alright, I'm guessing here, but I think it's actually the word "point"
in the pointnames that's messing with it.
Did your hull and shield points have "point" in their names?
And just to clarify, these are all in different files, yes?
