Still, that updater was really neat, and hopefully this kind of thing is

Yep, the problem is that Shaun updated using the in game updater which had a
bug.
So it basically got half of the update and crashed, and half of the update
lets the game load, but gives script errors all over the place.

It's good to spot these issues with the updater now.  I've been thinking
about ways I can notify the player that they need to just download an
entirely new version when the updater fails.
Of course in a perfect world the updater would never fail, but that's not
realistic.
