Success and failure sounds for skills can be done through the engine.
If you want a skill to fail, name the skill fail sound the name of the skill
with fail after it. Like blaze_fail. Alternatively you can have a generic skill
fail sound called skill_fail that will play instead.

Items already play a sound when used, if you specify that in the file...
