I am especially happy with the new contextual command list. It took me a second to realize that it was a toggle thing, like you had to press the f1 key multiple times to get everything and that shift f1 toggles back through the list. Other than that, I think it will help new players to familiarize themselves with how the game works. You may want to make the help command summary into a menu that the player can navigate with the arrow keys. That is the way that most players are used to seeing in-game command lists. An optional extra would be activating the command when the player pressed enter. This is available in the GMA game engine, but it's not that important. I doubt that many players use the help screen to activate their commands, no matter how infrequently used. They just remember the command.
