ah yes, just recently started playing tb and the maps are excellently made. age of warlords is my favorite by far, only because i have been looking for a game that requires you to construct and defend.

for anyone potentially having trouble completing the map.Personally, I'd wait until the maps are released and you can gage our reaction to them. You may not need to provide walkthroughs, but it's an option in case the maps prove to be extremely difficult. I myself have played most of the maps (apart from some of the large-scale army maps in Age of Warlords) and have never needed a walkthrough. Trying again and again is
part of the fun, afterall.I can't wait to play your maps! Judging by the walkthrough you provided they
sound exciting and involved. Or should I leave it for the player to figure out?
I have to admit, leaving things for the player to figure out istempting...but the boss battles are fun to describe. Here's one that I
just wrote: Now it's time to battle the demon prince...oh snap! BOSS BATTLE! Opponent: Asmodeus, the Demon Prince HP: 35000 Skills: dark_strike, flaming_strike, hell_strike, fell_shot, flames_of_hell, call_hellhound, summon_wraith, summon_demon, move Immune to: fire, spider venom, snake venom, black mamba venom, basilisk venom, dark, psychic Weak to: earth, water, shadow, light Prize: golden runic key, greater ring of summoning Strategy:Here it is, your first boss battle. Asmodeus is tough, but he prefers to summon rather than attack you, which is a small mercy. Be wary of his fell shot skill, because if you're levitating over a pit and that hits you, it will knock you out of the air! His minions are nothing you haven't already seen, so take them out and keep hitting Asmodeus
until he dies. Hide behind the pillar if you need cover.Upon defeating him, you will find that he has dropped a key. This one
you haven't seen yet, I wonder what it can be used for? He alsodropped your greater ring of summoning, so you can now summon things
when the item has been equipped!Anyway, use the key on the pillar -- odd, isn't it? -- and WHAT THE HELL? You seem to have triggered some sort of earthquake! ... Wait, no, that's the portal forming, yes! Now you can escape! And as the
portal forms, you regain the ability to shadowstep! If you haven't fully explored the level, or want to go around and kill opponents that you've left for later, then now is the best time, since shadowstepping makes things a lot easier! When you're done, step
into the portal and you have won. Not too helpful, but I've always wanted to write one of those.
