remove skils flag.

I suspect some of the changes in the new version might fix that. I'm not
entirely sure, just speculating.

Might be worth giving it a try once we release the new one.

hotkey
which is C. Once used the
skill is removed from the skill list.

However, after building a new building and coming to the complete skill

I hit the hotkey it will be as if I pressed the hotkey for all of the
previously used "complete" skills. I know the skills are getting removed
because I check, so it's as if the hotkey somehow stayed in memory and

gets referred to every time it gets used. I hope I made that
