That's probably because of a bug where something that causes remove skills temporarily can cause it to be removed from every unit that has it. I've fixed this now.

It would be nice to have its a flag in the point files that simply removes an
effect. For instance remove_at_0=.

certain point as a one time inflict. Yet what is happening, is that
unit is suffering damage every turn on that specific point.
