Hello folks.
The Mech War Chronicles is still in development and won't be ready for
a while yet.
However, to wet your apatite, I've got a demo of a starship battles
sequel in the works!
The map pack's documentation and a few more maps are still being
worked on, but I will be ready to upload it in a few days.
Here's the basic idea:
This map pack takes place 20 years after the Intergalactic war. The
federation, alongside their allies the Kzinti Hegemoney and the Gorn
Confederacy, have been enjoying the peace they fought for.
However, when the KWS Tigerclaw is attacked by a platoon of primitive
ships, will that peace be threatened once again?
The zylons are an insectoid race with primitive technology and
overwhelming numbers. Their ships are not warp capable and they
(somehow) have almost duplicated the romulan's plasma torpedos to a
tee.
Their empire lies just beyond the Spysa quadrant, a largely unexplored
area of space. Beyond Spysa is Zylon teritory, and anyone mindlessly
entering Zylon teritory (whether to make war or peace) is usually
never heard from again.
Their emperor is followed by all zylons mindlessly. If the emperor is
peaceful, so are they.
However, their current emperor is known for his blood lust.
