The out of memory problem is sound-related.
I'm not sure if it's an error with the game and its memory, or an OS
problem though.

I just tried this myself and the map packs do seem to be disappearing

the list after I download them.
I recently updated all of Allan Thompson's links, so those would all
show as
being updated, because the link was changed.
