Yep, at least if you use the public dropbox folder it doesn't.
But however you host it, you can always test it by updating the zip and
then ensuring the old link gives you the new zip.

Everyone's game client downloads the file from your link.
When you make updates you need to overwrite the old zip file with the
new one.
The game checks HTTP headers to see if the file size has changed. That
is how it knows if it was updated.
