While I did download the copy of the live-DVD for SuSE 9.3, It was only the size of two CD's and it didn't have RealPlayer on it. However, I saw that it worked on my computer, so I downloaded the 5 CD set--one iso every night until I got them all. No, I think live DVD, defeats the purpose of a live platter. I bet Knoppix didn't have a lot of multimedia on it, even Realplayer/Helix? ---Jim Jerry Kreps wrote: > On Thursday 18 August 2005 02:58, Jim Worrest wrote: >> I hope they don't go the route Knoppix and do the >> live DVD, it would take me too long to download! > > I downloaded the Knoppix Live-DVD and tried it out, primarily to test the new > KDE desktop. > > I don't understand the philosophy behind a Live-DVD.
