An onlooker took this photo at a festival. Unfortunately, I don't have a
high-res version.
I use the inner caliper points for the culmen. I think Bob taught me this
method at Grey Feathers in 2001. The bill tip rests on top of the caliper
point. Due to potential parallax issues, this is the most fiddly measurement to
take, but I've never felt it dangerous.
