Here's a message from Devika, the ISA president, with some useful details:
Hi everyone! Tabling will take place this week and next week in west mall!
If you are signed up for the first shift of a day, please arrive a few
minutes early to check out a table inside the fac. You and your partner
will need to carry it and set up in a good place where lots of people walk
by! If you are signed up for the last shift of a day, you will need to
return the table to the fac and sign it back in AS WELL AS get in touch
with the ISA member who will table 1st thing the following morning to give
them the cash box.
Everyone also needs to make sure to bring their laptops, because you will
need it to record sales (

We are not using physical tickets this year. This means that we will just
record people's information onto the google doc, so they can come to the
will call table at Riyaaz to get a stamp on their hand for entry into the
auditorium. That is the process if they are paying with cash or venmo
(@ISATexas). There are 2 example lines if you are confused on how to fill
the google doc out. If they are paying with credit card however, pull up
this link for them (http://texasisa.org/buy-tickets-now-2). For credit card
payments, you DO NOT need to fill out the google doc as well! Other general
info that is good to know about the event can be found on the facebook

Tabling is SUPER important to get the word out and to get people to buy
tickets! So really be proactive during the hours you are tabling by playing
Indian music on your laptop, yelling about it, and approaching people (its
ok, some people WILL ignore you but you will get used to it!). Tell them
that ticket prices will increase so they don't wait to buy! Also, please
invite all your friends to come out this and try to sell them tickets
before hand too, especially if you are in a class with a lot of south
