Just to clarify for people who were not at the end of the meeting
yesterday:
The artistic musical director will be conducting rehearsals, working
with the arranger to figure out the musical vision, and will work with the
team to implement that musical vision.
The technical director (or musical manager) will take care of the
logistical aspect of the old musical director role. This includes sending
out the google drive with voice parts, making sure people do their part
checks and know their parts, updating the noteflight with
syllables/dynamics, etc.
