Although scattered over time, we have so far covered the first four virtues of
the enlighten person (hachidainingaku):
Shouyoku - small desire
Chisoku - know satisfaction
Jakujou- enjoy tranquility/solitude
Gonshoujin - practice perseverance in effort
The fifth virtue is:
Fubounen - not loose mindfulness
In Chinese and Japanese, mindfulness is written by combining the signs for
"now" 今and "mind/thought/spirit" 心.

If Michel is not there, Serge will guide the meditation.
(or someone else if he/she wants).
Grt!
