Hi Sojan,
I explained my point.
You tender your apologies.
But you added a reminder to that apologies to teach me a lesson.
That makes your apologies worthless to me.
We both have made our points. We understand each other. We don’t have to become
friends. For me the case is closed.
Kind regards,

Hi Arnold,
Yes I understand. As promised, I would inform in my name any such initiatives
in future. It would be still good to see you in the workshop, on March 5th.
Best regards, Sojan Samuel

Hi Sojan,
It is not about you as a person, but about the an organization called
"Heartfulness team Noord Brabant" that is sending me a promotional message.
I experience that as misuse of the freelist. The original intention of this
list is to inform each other (about other locations, declining sessions, or
things of interest).
Yes, this workshop is a "thing of interest". I would have understood and
accepted, if you informed us that there is an interesting initiative on March
5. You, in the role of one of us.
But the message was signed by "Heartfulness team Noord Brabant". And that made
me angry. That is not one of us. That is an external body. An external body
with another agenda than the meditations at the campus. I'm very sensitive on
this, as you notice.

Dear Arnold,
I understand that the sending of the email seems to have
infuriated you. I am working at the HTC from 2008 onwards. Probably the fact
that you have never seen me would have led to this reaction. Hence I tender my
apologies for this and next time would send such information to your
coordinator which I understand is Serge.
As a sincere practitioner of spirituality and meditation, let me also remind
you that all such practices should not only help us condition inwards but also
reflect the same state of mind outwards.
Best regards,
Sojan Samuel

Dear members of the HTC Meditation Group,
This weekend an outsider (Sojan Samuel) has acquired access to our data base of
e-mail addresses. He misused this directly by sending us an unsolicited
promotional message. Now I feel abused in my feeling of safety in this group. I
don’t trust the list no more, as long as there are members with another
intention then we originally assumed.
I’m really very angry on this violence on data integrity and privacy policies.
I’m sending this message to channel my anger. I want this to be solved.
@Serge,
You are the admin of this freelist. Right? Can you delete this Sojan Samuel?
@Sojan,
You violated the Dutch law by misusing the data integrity of a data base with
e-mail addresses. By violating the basic privacy regulations you wasted your
integrity and trustworthiness. Please understand that people do not meditate
among others they don’t trust. Remove your name from the list where you don’t
belong. And learn from this case.
@the one who introduced Sojan,
One of us has abused the confidence, we had in each other. One of us has
spoiled my safety, be giving access to an outsider, with conflicting interests,
to our freelist. Please stand up and make yourself known, because I’ve to tell
you something that’s not suitable for an e-mail message.
