As a closure of the journey trough the Chakra's, we will experience the
Gong today.
Guest teacher Rajk van Grinsven (Kundalini Yoga, Y*ogi Bhajan*) will play
the gong intuitively based on our group energy.
The Gong is an instrument that brings about transformation. When the Gong
is played, body, mind and spirit changes. All who hear the Gong,
instinctively recognize the power of the Gong. A Gong meditation works very
deeply on your subconscious and can help you to break trough old patterns.
Since the Boerderij is occupied today, we'll get the most out of HTC8.
