This home was built by a contractor for his parents. He lived next
door.............................. May have to kill all of the breakers as Rob
suggested and see if the meter moves. Most times it just spins slowly and for
the past 3-4 days, usage seems normal. But sometimes I swear if I put a
propeller on the meter, my garage would fly away!
